Are the fire pits completely smokeless?
The fire pits take around 10-15 min to achieve smokelessness. You might see some smoke in the beggining when starting the fire. Once the fire pit reaches high temepratue the secondary burn starts making it smokeless.
Can I burn any wood in the firepit?
Yes, the fire pit can burn any kind of wood. But we recommend using our curated fuel for the most optimal burn and smokelessness
Is it safe to place the fire pits on sensitive surfaces?
The temperature at the bottom of the fire pits reaches around 45-65 degrees celcius, so it is safe to use it on wooden top, grass, marble and tiles. Don't forget to open the legs before firing up the pit
Is the outer wall of the fire pit safe to touch?
The outer wall of the fire pit reaches very high temperatures so it is unsafe to touch. Please keep childern and pets away from the fire pit to avoid any burn hazards
Can I use water to douse the flames after usage?
No, pouring water on a hot fire pit might permanantly damage it. Let the fire naturally die down and leave the firepit in a covered open space for few hours to let it cool down completely.
