At KOZY, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.

Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: You may return your KOZY fire pit within 10 days of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
   - The product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
   - Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +918123005932 within 10 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Policy:

1. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund.
2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Deductions: Any shipping and handling charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Defective Products:

1. Report Timeframe: If you receive a defective product, please report it to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Replacement: We will replace any defective products or removable parts, such as the ashpan and collapsible legs. Please report any defects within 3 days of receiving the product and before using it to our customer care number +918123005932. We kindly ask that you keep an unboxing video to facilitate the easy replacement of the product.
3. Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for returning and replacing defective products or parts.

Exceptions:

1. Damage: Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized or customized products.
