The 15-inch smokeless firepit 1.0 works very well, taking about 10 minutes to go fully smokeless. It burns wood completely without any wastage. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service, as well as the communication with the team. Overall, a happy experience. I hope to see a heat deflector available on the website soon.

I purchased the 15inch and must say was amazed at the ease of firing it up. Was an amazing experience for my kid who was able to barbecue corn and Marsh Mellows. Having the option to buy the wood and other consumables at one place makes it very convenient. Awesome design, easy to pack and store when not in use. We are enjoying using this product since day 1 we received it. We are making ourselves warm in this winter season before going to bed. Spending quality family and friends time with Kozy fire. It's very easy to use and faster with out any hassle of setting up traditional camp fire. Smoke less and safe to use. I believe everyone should be in touch/contact with five elements of nature. Fire is one of most powerful element which cleanses our aura and makes healthier. This is must have product in our daily life would recommend to go for it with out second thought. By the way we use it for making barbeque starters naturally!
When I first bought the fire pit I was amazed by how it had absolutely no smoke!! The process of lighting the fire was so easy and efficient and only took me 10 min to enjoy the smokeless fire experience. Do you ship pan India?
Yes, our fire pits and accessories are shipped all over India. However, wood supply is only enabled in Bangalore as of now. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at check out.
Are the fire pits completely smokeless?
The fire pits take around 10-15 min to become smokeless. You might see some smoke in the beginning when you start the fire. Once the fire pit reaches higher temperature, the secondary burn starts making it smokeless.
Can I burn any wood in the firepit?
Yes, the fire pit can burn any kind of wood. But we recommend using our curated fuel for the most optimal burn and smokelessness
Is it safe to place the fire pits on sensitive surfaces?
The temperature at the bottom of the fire pits reaches around 45-65 degrees Celsius, so it is safe to use it on wooden top, grass, marble and tiles. Don't forget to open the legs before firing up the pit
Is the outer wall of the fire pit safe to touch?
The outer wall of the fire pit reaches very high temperatures so it is unsafe to touch. Please keep childern and pets away from the fire pit to avoid any burn hazards
Can I use water to douse the flames after usage?
No, pouring water on a hot fire pit might permanantly damage it. Let the fire naturally die down and leave the firepit in a covered open space for few hours to let it cool down completely.
Can I use the fire pits in a completely closed room?
No, never use the fire pit in a completely closed setting. You can use the table top fire pit in a well ventilated room with wood pellets as fuel. All the other fire pits should be used in open spaces such as balconies, backyards and open yards to avoid carbon monoxide hazard.
